OMG, there is not enough I can say about Meagan. She was absolutely amazing and was there for us even when we had to postpone our entire wedding due to Hurricane Matthew. Meagan went above and beyond and was the best a bride could ever ask for. She was on top of everything and was willing to do anything to make our day extra special (she even offered to clean the bathroom at our venue when the cleaning crew failed to show up--we didn't let her do it, but the offer in and of itself was AMAZING!!). She is very professional and knows her stuff. I had no clue about weddings, and she helped guide me through the entire process. She helped my husband and I figure out a timeline, communicate with vendors, and ultimately it was because of her that we had the wedding of our dreams. Even though it was 40 degrees outside (and I think she was probably frozen) she stayed on top of everything and ensured that we had the night of our lives. I seriously do not know what I would have done without Meagan, I would definitely have been lost and would not have had the most amazing wedding ever! I promise any bride that is looking for a planner, if you hire Meagan you will NOT be disappointed. In fact, you will probably be the happiest in the world, as you will be in the hands of a true master of wedding planning!!

Meagan was absolutely wonderful, I don't have the words to explain how at ease she made me feel. There were ups and downs, and she made sure I was relaxed and kept my disorganized thoughts organized and made everything come together for our big day.
I had a change of venue which meant I had lost the coordinator and thought I could handle everything on my own. Towards the critical last weeks I was beginning to get overwhelmed and thank goodness Meagan was still available. She responded quickly to all of my texts/emails/calls. Which helped make me feel more comfortable. She was very knowledgeable about wedding etiquette and Hilton Head Island. Which was so helpful being a out-of-town bride. She gave me ideas and helped me work through the hiccups. Even on the day of, there were some dramatic moments but she made me and my groom the top priority and made sure we had an amazing day. I highly recommended Meagan to help you plan your dream wedding day. She made our happily ever after a dream come true!

Don't look any further for a planner!!! She goes over and beyond to make sure your day is perfect. She's a bit of a perfectionist but that makes for the perfect planner. She also kept me calm. I was never worried about anything. There were a few issues that came up during the day (issues with the venue) and she fixed them all and I never knew about it until we laughed about it a few days later. If you are going back and forth on whether or not you need a planner, let me tell you, you do. Talk to Meagan. If you meet with her one time she will ask you 10+ questions that you haven't even thought about. I didn't know her before our wedding but I feel like I made a friend. She by far the best decision I made for my wedding (don't tell my husband)

Amazing Experience Working with Meagan! Meagan was fantastic to work with! She was extremely flexible and definitely patient with my parents and i, as we changed the reception from a tent to doing it in Poseidon Rooftop 3 months before the wedding. She kept me on track with everything, but wasn’t ever pushy, and she had great suggestions whenever we needed them! Also, her design ideas helped us to totally transform a restaurant/bar/nightclub to a BEAUTIFUL wedding venue! I would highly suggest working with Meagan!!

Hands down, Meagan is the best wedding coordinator/planner in the low country. I had a strong aesthetic vision for my wedding, and Meagan brought every single detail to life. I planned my HHI wedding from afar, and she was invaluable. She met with our vendors when we couldn't be there. She brought solutions to every obstacle. She curated vendor recommendations and local items for welcome bags. And managed every single moving part of our day from tricky timelines and vendor communication to decor details (like folding and preparing all of our linens), and setting up multiple locations! Everything was well thought-out, planned (with backups), and organized. It ended up raining the moment I walked down the aisle, and I will always remember seeing Meagan sprinting down the aisle to grab me and all of my guests umbrellas from her car! Meagan is incredible! My fiancé and I decided to get married in 4 months and we had no idea what we were doing. One conversation with Meagan and I was instantly at ease. She spoke with every vendor, coordinated all of the timelines and created an amazing wedding and reception.
